Lords’ Cellar is one of the most unusual and intimate rooms of the Main Castle. The Cellar has an arched ceiling that differs from other conventional arched structures of the time. The atmospheric arches were built in the 14th century. The Land Court established in Turku by Eric of Pomerania held its sessions in the Lords’ Cellar. The Cellar may be rented for closed events when deemed appropriate.
